Staff Profile

Hello, my name is Dao Her (Ntaub Hawj), and I currently serve as the TOSA (Teacher on Special Assignment) for SPPS Txuj Ci Upper Campus - HMong Language and Culture Program.  With over 20 years of experience in various roles within the field of education, I am honored to work closely with students, teachers, and the community to support and enrich HMong Language and Cultural Learning.  

For the past 7 years, I have been a Hmong Language Teacher, a role that has been deeply rewarding and has allowed me to share and preserve the beauty of the Hmong Language.  Joining SPPS HMong Language and Culture program has been a unique and fulfilling opportunity, as it allows me to play an active role in developing a curriculum that not only teaches language but also instills a deep appreciation for HMong heritage.

I am dedicated to fostering a supportive, engaging, and culturally enriching environment for our students and I look forward to continuing this journey alongside our dedicated staff, students, and community members.
