School Climate Survey

1. At least 85% of all students in grades 5th-8th will participate in the  Student Climate Survey in the Fall 2025 and in Spring 2026
2. All student groups (grade 5) will score at least ‘3’ on questions 1,4,6 and 11 and will show an overall mean score of ‘3’ or above by Spring 2026.
3. All student groups (6-8) will score at least '3' on questions 4, 6, and 7 by Spring of 2026.

Attendance Goals

1. At least 85% of all students will consistently attend school, and 
2. All student groups will reach at least 80% consistent attendance as measured by Consistent Attendance Report in BOLT by June 2026.

Literacy Goals

The percentage of all grade 5-8 students scoring proficient or higher in reading will increase by at least 5% percentage points as measured by MCA III Reading Assessment administered in April 2026.

100% of 5th-grade students will complete all required Personal Learning Plan (PLP) tasks as monitored quarterly and measured by student PLP log in Xello by Spring 2026.

(Changed from 8th to 5th graders because of our switch to a 5-8 school this year. Most 8th graders received PLP meetings in 6th grade, but our 5th graders did not get them in 4th grade.
